What is your processing time for orders?
Current turnaround time (processing time) for ready to ship items is 3-5 business days and for preorders is 7-14 business days. Holidays, weekends and personal vacation time are not included in TAT. Items may be processed faster than TAT but will not exceed TAT.
Do you accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations?
Each item is handmade so we do not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at lilyunicorndesigns@gmail.com within 3 business days of your order being delivered.
What brands do we use?
The brands commonly used are Gildan, Bella Canvas, Jerzees, Comfort Colors and Next Level.
Do you accept custom orders?

What is sizing like?
All items are unisex sizing unless otherwise specified. When ordering bleached, distressed or tie-dyed items, each item will vary in pattern and colors. All will be relatively the same but it is possible that the colors may vary due to oxygen, sunlight and fabric. All bleached, distressed and tie-dyed items are handmade, hand-dyed, bleached and distressed by hand so no two items will ever look exactly identical but we try our absolute best to make them as close as possible to the product photos listed.
